License Agreements

Service and Product License Agreement

This Service and Product License Agreement ("Agreement") describes Our policies and procedures on the agreement between bitlaab™ and the clients, collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Provider grants Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the end product delivered by Provider ("Product"). The client agrees to use the Product solely for its internal business operations.

2. Restrictions

Client shall not:

  • Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the Product or any related documentation.
  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Product or any part thereof.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Product or any features or functionality of the Product, to any third party for any reason.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Product and any related documentation, including but not limited to the source materials, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Provider. Client acknowledges that it has no right, title, or interest in or to the Product or any related documentation, other than the right to use them in accordance with the license granted under this Agreement.

4. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective from the date of delivery of the Product and shall continue until terminated by either Party in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
